What we do

Our projects fall into four key themes. Throughout our work we aim to build resiliency, nurture aspiration and support young people to achieve their goals.

Create@ - Your ideas, your voice, your art

Creative activities encourage self-expression, build confidence and can help to shape a sense of individual identity.

For many children and young people their only contact with the arts is through schools, and that exposure is often limited and underfunded.

Through our CREATE@ programme we want to explore the arts, craft and music, giving young people the space, time and oppertunity to express themselves.

Lead @ - Learning today, leading tomorrow

Our Lead@ Programme aims to provide a space for young people to explore their experiences, develop resilience, and use their voice to inspire change.

Young people face significant challenges in their lives, and often feel that these challenges are ‘inevitable’, that there is nothing they can do to change it.

The aim of Lead@ is to support young people to feel empowered and able to make decisions that affect them.

Learn@  - Learning without limits

From our kitchen to our workshop LEARN@ is our broadest theme.

We provide opportunity and resources for young people to learn functional skills that will improve future outcomes. We strive to support learning without limits.

Move@ - Move more, be more!

Almost 4m children are not physically active for the recommended 60+ minutes a day. *

Through our MOVE@ projects we want to create opportunities for young people to be active, try new sports and physical activities.

We have some great facilities, including our sports hall, dance studio and outdoor multi use games area.
